3-night minimum stay for Island Rental rates to apply

First night's rental is nonrefundable from time of booking.

50% of rental is due 30 days after reserving the Island.

Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Island Rental is Full Board/F.A.P. only, no exceptions.

There are no credits, refunds or exchanges for any unused features or for staying fewer nights than reserved.
