With a rum punch in-hand, join the jovial atmosphere as steel pan music floats in the air and a gourmet buffet dinner is served. Serving a flavorful menu that changes weekly, dine on local dishes, salads, and meats and fresh fish grilled to order. From steak to tuna kebobs with our house-made barbeque sauce, to bacon-wrapped plantains to breadfruit salad, and sweet corn fritters to pineapple chess pie, discover new favorites at this special event.
