There is a 3-night minimum stay for Island Rental rates to apply. Discounts only apply for stays of five nights or more.

First night’s rental is nonrefundable from time of booking.

50% of rental is due 30 days after reserving the Island.

Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Island Rental is Full Meal Plan only, no exceptions.

There are no credits, refunds or exchanges for any unused features or for staying fewer nights than reserved.

Young Island Resort is officially closed Sept 1-30, however Island Rentals of 5+ days may be considered for that time period.

Valid all year based on space available.

Resort Buyout Rates
Buyout rates are for up to 58 guests in 29 double cottages are in US dollars.
The Festive Season from Dec 24 – Jan 3 requires a 7-night minimum stay.
A limited number of triple cottages are available. Add $140 per triple nightly.
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to a 10% service charge and 11% tax, and dining and amenities are subject to a 10% service charge and 16% tax.
